Please Read and Review our Return Policy before making any purchase on Costumezip.com. Below is our Official Return policy which you are subject to abide by when making a purchase through our website. All criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a return and refund. These guidelines are strictly followed there are no excepts. It is your responsibility to read and understand the following policy.
Items Eligible for a Refund:
- Products are ONLY returnable with in 14 Days of the Original Order Date. (Please Read Items Not Returnable or eligible for a Refund below for more information.)
- Orders made between October 10th and November 1st are NOT eligible for Return or Refund.
- Products are ONLY Returnable and eligible for a refund if they are returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Product returns must included issued RMA# Number on Original or copy of Packing slip and on the outside of the return box or envelope.
- All items must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation and all shipping costs pre-paid. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Products that are NOT eligible for return or refund:
- Products Refused upon Delivery
- Items purchased between October 10th and November 1st.
- Items that do not initiate a RETURN before the 14 day period is up. Items are NOT returnable after the original 14 days of order date.
- Incorrect address was provided by customer.
- Products that are not received in time because of wrong shipping method chosen by customer.
- Products that are available in the Clearance section or marked as Clearance. These Products are SOLD AS IS....
- Delayed delivery of orders that are due to bad weather or any uncontrollable instance that causes disruption in Mail carrier services. We cannot control delivery time or disruptions when in the possession of the mail carriers and delivery companies.
- Special Order and Personalized Products are Not Returnable - including Mascot costumes.
- Any Product that has been worn, used or altered are NOT Returnable
- Any Product without original packaging or missing pieces are NOT returnable.
The Following Products are ONLY Returnable if they are unopened. Once they are Opened they are not Returnable:
- CD's, Software Programs, and DVD's
- Cosmetics and Makeup
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Contact Lenses
- Wigs, Beards, Facial Hair or any other Artificial Hair
- Shoes, Slippers, Boot tops, Shoe Covers, and Boots (Shoes are only returnable in they are unmarked(without scuffs) and in NEW condition. We recommend that you try shoes on in a carpet location.) Any less the item will not be returnable or eligible for a refund.
- Undergarments, Socks, and Stockings
- Pet Costumes
- Cigarette Holders
- Products in Factory Sealed Packages: (Blister Packs)
- Eye lashes
Exchanges
Read below to see how you can exchange your items.
Inquire about an exchange RMA Number through our Customer Service page. Once you have received an exchange RMA you can Purchase your new item. This insures quick delivery and allows for you to skip the 15% restocking fee we normally charge for standard returns.. Return your old product with original packaging, all product materials, and packaging slip. Item Must be returned with Traceable method and delivery confirmation. Returns must return to us in original packaging with all product pieces, anything less will not be accepted. All products that are return must fit our returnable items profile described above.
Once we receive your package we will issue you a full refund of the original product price, any shipping costs paid for new item or old item will NOT be refundable.
Defective Items, Damaged Goods, or wrong items:
If you have received a defective item, damaged goods due to shipping, or have been mistakenly sent the wrong item, please contact our customer support with in 14 days of your order date. Although we do our best to ensure that our customers receive the item they order and in the condition you expect, mistakes and accidents can happen. We will do our absolute best to ensure that your order is taken care of in a timely manner. To ensure these matters are taken care of as quickly as possible contact our customer support staff immediately and include any pictures or evidence you may have so that we can correct the problem free of charge to you.
Return fees and Shipping Costs:
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any item returned must be done with a traceable method and delivery confirmation. Original Shipping Costs paid by buyer for original order is NOT REFUNDABLE.
Once the item has been CORRECTLY returned we will issue a refund to you, MINUS a 15% Restocking fee. This is non-negotionable.Your Total Refund Will be the the remainder of the balance: Product Purchase Price - 15% Restocking FEE = YOUR REFUND! (The Only way to waive the Restocking fee is for exchanges and returns that are the result of us, like shipment of the wrong item or defective items)
Any Items returned without following our RETURN POLICY Procedures will NOT be eligible for a refund and will not be accepted.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Before Starting the Return Process, make sure your ITEM is RETURNABLE by reading the policies above....
- Contact our Customer Support Staff within 14 Days of your Original Order Date.
- You Will Be issued a RMA # That you MUST included on your original or copy of the packing slip and on the Outside of your Return mailing package. (Any item not to have a RMA number included WILL NOT be eligible for a refund and will be refused.
- Make Sure that the Item is in Returnable Condition. Must be in original packaging and have everything included that was there upon you receiving the item. (Any item found to not have all the original contents will not be eligible for a refund).
- Ship the Package through a Traceable method and with Delivery Confirmation to the Address at the bottom.
- Once we receive your package we will inspect it to make sure the RMA is included, the product is in NEW condition or has signs of wear, is returnable, and has all original parts and packaging.
- When the product has passed our check in procedure for returns. Your will be issued a refund for the original product price - minus a 15% restocking fee to the card or account you originally made the purchase with. Shipping Fees or costs paid are NOT refundable. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive funds in your account after refund has been issued.
- Your DONE!!
