Please review our Shipping policy to understand our company procedures and get a better idea of when, how, and who will deliver your purchase.
Order Process Time:
We do our best to get your product into the hands of the mail carriers as quickly as possible to ensure quick delivery to your front door. We strive to ship most orders on the same day, however, this may not happen for all orders and you will be contacted if we see a problem with your delivery.. Unless an item is in backorder status, we ship orders with in 2 business days of order date. For the most part, orders are shipped either the same day or the following business day. Average order process time is 1-2 business days. Note: Orders Placed during our Peak Season Time such as October may experience a delay of a day or two before order is shipped, however delayed shipping times are rare, but can occur during peak and high volume ordering times.
Orders made on Holidays and Weekends. Will ship with in the following 2 business days.
Note: Orders paid by check will NOT ship until check as cleared which can add an additional 7 days to your process time.
Shipping Carriers We Use:
We Ship our items through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and The United Postal Service (UPS). We do NOT ship DHL or by FEDEX. For the most part any item 1 pounds or less will ship by USPS and items over that will ship by UPS. UPS Shipments will included insurance and tracking information. Not all items shipped USPS will have tracking information, especially first class mail.

We currently only Ship Domestically with in the United States.
Domestic Shipping Options
NOTE: All orders shipped UPS must be shipped to a physical address, no PO Boxes.
Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail, however you may have the option to add UPS next day or UPS second day on eligible orders.
Our FREE Shipping on eligible orders are done with the cheapest provider. Delivery estimates may vary.
We are sorry, but we DO NOT offer International Shipping at this time. If any order is placed that is not delivered to a US address will be immediately refunded. NO INTERNATIONAL Shipping.
Ship From Locations:
We ship from several locations to ensure for quick delivery and have the ability to offer you more choices. Orders may ship from our Caro, Michigan location or directly from our Suppliers and Manufacturers. The product ordered will determine the delivery time and shipping location, but will not effect the price of shipping we charge.
Item Not Delivered:
If your item is not delivered or is shipped back to us we will refund your purchase amounted minus a shipping costs and a 10% item not deliverable restocking fee to cover our handling and restocking costs. You do have the option to have it resent, however you will be responsible for any shipping costs to do so.
We cannot ship any order that is not back in our warehouse for being undelivered. Once we receive the product then we can reship it.
Tracking Your Order:
Once we have received the Tracking number for your trackable order we will email it to you and insert it into your order information. You can use that number on UPS and / or USPS websites to see where your package is. Note Items shipped USPS first class mail will not be trackable.
